Diversity – About recognising the value in difference. It is predominately focused on representation, perspective, and supporting inclusions. Usually focused on Race, Gender, Religion, Sexual Orientation, Disability, but covers all protected characteristics and increasingly social mobility.

Inclusion -  About creating environments that are open, where it is conducive to having conversations and providing feedback. Being able to bring yourself to work, where you feel valued welcome and at ease.

Equity - This is about fairness and enabling the same access to opportunities for all. It recognises that barriers exist and that not everyone starts from the same. Equity is about making a commitment to address these imbalances.  It is also valuing diversity and inclusion.
